Günther and Mike focus all their attention on one grape: Silvaner Alte Rebe (vines with a minimum age of 40 years)

The result is a dry white wine whose aroma offers a certain depth and complexity. Thanks to the old vines, whose roots can be as long as 20 metres, the wine strongly reflects the unique characteristics of the soil it grows on.

Although dry in nature it is very smooth and carries a certain fruity note, which has even convinced many half-dry wine lovers.

Two Rheinhessen boys, Günther and Mike spent many school breaks working in the vineyards to earn some extra money.

Now almost 50 years later, having retired from their previous careers, they have fulfilled their dream of owning their own little vineyard and making their own wine!

With some professional support from Weingut H. Bastian, they have just launched their first vintage. And it's a real limited edition - with only a few hundred bottles and grapes exclusively hand-picked!
