Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder) is a mutation of Pinot Noir that's known mostly for its dry, refreshing white wines. The result is a wine that is well balanced, crisp and slightly fruity with an aroma of pear and peaches. It pairs well with lighter foods but is also increasingly enjoyed on its own.
